The hot dish is grilled directly at the table on 350g hot stones 

We serve local ingredients from Åre & Norrland, you prepare the hot dish together on our hot stones directly at the table, you can choose between mountain cow, rack of lamb, reindeer or vegetarian option, children menu as chicken nuggets or filet of beef.
The restaurant is lit up by candles & an open fire.
The evening starts with a drink in front of the fire, or the group can book its own snow bar.
For larger groups, we can offer a separate separate room or book the entire dining room. ​
